Summer officially begins on June 21st, the Summer Solstice! We’re excited about all the events and exciting things planned for this summer, especially since a lot was canceled last year. At the beginning of the month, we’ll share with you the most fun and popular events for the month. Here’s everything you’re going to wish to do this June summer!

The Drop-In Summer Concert Series
ACL Radio and The Long Center have partnered to bring Austinites a free weekly concert on the Long Center lawn this summer until September 9th! The lineup will feature favorite and emerging Austinite artists. Tickets are free but limits and be reserved in advance.
Austin Asian American Film Festival
The Austin Asian American Film Festival began on the 4th and goes until June 20th. The festival celebrates filmmakers and their Asian American Pacific Islander perspectives.
Cine Las Americas International Film Festival
This film festival showcases contemporary films from Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. Movies are either made by or about Latinxs in the U.S. or the rest of the world and by or about Indigenous groups of the Americas.
This ten-day virtual festival starting on June 11th and ending on the 20th, celebrates everything television: history, where it is now, and where it’s heading. The festival features panels, screenings, and events where attendees can talk, watch, and experience television together.
Attend the state’s largest motorcycle gathering from June 10th to June 13th at the Circuit of The Americas! This rally brings in thousands of bikers for rides, parade, and music.
Watch the 2021 Women’s National Team play their first soccer team at our city’s new Q2 stadium on June 16th!
Beyond Van Gogh, The Immersive Experience
Beginning June 18th until August 8th, get tickets to the immersive Van Gogh experience with a walk-through exhibit.
Celebrate and watch our Austin FC soccer team play their first home game at the new state-of-the-art Q2 stadium on June 19th!
